We are looking for a Digital Media Supervisor who demonstrates strategic and creative planning skills through data and cultural driven insights for our clients. We are looking for someone who is ready to become a Spoon - to give a damn, try anything, and enjoy the people they are working with. This role will be working out of our NY office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day digital operations on one of our biggest accounts, compiling audience research, issuing RFPs, providing feedback and negotiating on behalf of clients, assisting in recommendation process, owning slide building and serving as lead / co-lead in client presentations, acting as go-to between client, agency and partners, managing strategy & execution of programmatic partnership, coordinating partner-direct partnerships, supporting billing and reconciliation of budget and invoices, handling ongoing campaign monitoring and optimizations, coordinating outreach and evaluating partner proposals, collaborating with Analytics Team, developing strategic POV on research and creative, contributing to creative media brainstorms, co-managing a Media Planner, and staying up to date on media trends. Requirements include 3+ years experience in integrated media planning & buying, ability to interpret briefs and develop omni channel media plans, experience with media planning and buying tools, experience with RFP’ing and negotiating, managing digital campaigns, programmatic knowledge, budget and billing experience, digital trafficking and campaign QA, strong communication and project management skills, and a passion for technology and innovation. The anticipated annual salary range is $80,000-$100,000 with additional benefits such as medical / dental / vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and other perks.
