Senior Project Coordinator
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Project Coordinator for a 12-month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Raleigh, North Carolina office.
Job Description :
The Senior Project Coordinator will support our client's Global Employment and HR Compliance programs, focusing primarily on Time Management. This role involves ticket management and ad-hoc project tasks for multiple HR teams, contributing to the company's talent strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Support Time Management escalation and program inquiries / tickets
- Build and maintain Time Management program materials (intranet pages, process and enablement materials)
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Time Management implementations
- Project coordinate various global Time Management implementation projects
- Act as a point of contact for Hiring Managers engaged with the Contingent Workforce Program, and collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to address inquiries and facilitate contingent workforce support requests through ServiceNow.
- Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure data integrity for a contingent workforce of over 3,000 individuals, conducting regular audits to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Support HR Compliance program initiatives and statutory reporting requirements
- Support the tax compliance program in processing and coordinating the payment of tax and tax equalization payments to and from tax authorities and associates
- Support the tax compliance program in reviewing monthly business travel and tax service non-compliance reports
- Update quarterly business travel assignee information reports to support the tax processing of quarterly RSU vests for mobile associates
Mandatory Skills :
Experience with project coordination and / or project management3+ years of proven success in a fast-paced Human Resources program roleThis person will be supporting 2-3 Global Employment & HR Compliance teams with ticket management and ad-hoc project tasks :Majority of support will be on the Time Management team1.
