What We’re Looking For :

• Experience in the apartment industry is required Knowledge of Tax Credit leasing is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills A high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude Willingness to learn and adapt Ability to work weekends as needed Primary Responsibilities : Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and assess housing needs Guide new residents through the leasing process, ensuring accuracy in lease agreements and move-in paperwork Collect security deposits, rent payments, and applicable fees Clearly communicate lease terms, community policies, and renewal processes to residents Proactively follow up with leads and inquiries to close leases Ensure apartments are move-in ready with final inspections and finishing touches Implement creative marketing techniques to attract new residents Assist with the lease renewal process and maintain positive resident relations Respond promptly to emails, calls, and in-person visits Why Join Us?
