Front Desk Associate – Full Time

As the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming environment and supporting daily operations. If you’re organized, friendly, and customer-focused, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do :

• Greet residents, families, and guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls or take messages as needed.
• Provide information on room availability, respond to inquiries, and assist with tours.
• Support residents, families, and staff with coordination of services and problem-solving.
• Perform clerical tasks and use MS Office applications as needed.
• Keep the front desk, lobby, and common areas tidy and welcoming.
• Maintain and restock the lobby snack area.
• Assist with resident transportation when needed (defensive driving course required annually).
• Work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
