Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives targeting HEDIS metrics
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress
Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance care delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in quality improvement initiatives
Proficiency in data analysis related to healthcare metrics
Knowledge of HEDIS measures and standards
Ability to prepare reports for stakeholders
Experience in training and education related to quality improvement practices
