Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Software Engineering to lead backend engineering teams focused on identity, security, and communications systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of approximately 15 engineers across multiple backend teams Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and support the development of backend services and APIs Manage agile ceremonies, track engineering metrics, and promote engineering best practices Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience managing backend engineering teams 7+ years of experience in software development, including architecture, coding, and support Deep experience with the Microsoft stack : .NET (C#), .NET Core, Azure, and SQL Server Experience with GitHub-based code reviews and CI / CD pipelines Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience
