Responsibilities

• Work closely with third-party administrators to facilitate month-end and quarter-end close procedures for alternative funds, including preparing fund expenses and reviewing monthly and quarterly financial packages.
• Maintain portfolio and client activity (capital call, distribution, etc.) for alternative funds in the internal system to shadow the fund administrator.
• Assist in year-end audit procedures by coordinating with fund administrators and preparing necessary documentation for client audit requests.
• Support year-end tax processes by coordinating with external tax service providers.
• Collaborate with Client Advisor teams to resolve client inquiries.
• Assist in projects as needed to improve quality and accuracy of reporting from administrator and improve fund accounting and client reporting processes.
