Overview
The Marketing Manager – Senior Living is responsible for leading marketing strategy and execution across Experience Senior Living (ESL), a NexCore-owned brand. This role plays a critical part in building brand consistency, increasing visibility in competitive markets, and ensuring the success of new community launches within both established and emerging regions.
Serving as the primary marketing liaison for ESL, this role partners closely with community teams, senior leadership, and NexCore’s corporate marketing function to manage branded assets, oversee digital performance, and implement integrated campaigns. The Marketing Manager also plays a hands-on role in new market development—supporting onsite teams and guiding pre- and post-opening marketing initiatives to drive occupancy growth.
This role blends strategic planning with operational marketing oversight and requires a collaborative, adaptable professional with strong experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi-location marketing environments.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Campaign Development
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that support business objectives, drive lead generation, and enhance brand visibility
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies across channels including digital, print, and experiential
Brand Management
Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all materials and platformsManage and evolve visual and messaging guidelines to reflect the brand’s positioning and voiceDigital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including email, SEO / SEM, display, and social mediaMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and cost-per-lead to drive continuous improvementContent & Creative Oversight
Collaborate with internal and external teams to produce marketing content such as brochures, web pages, social posts, videos, and presentationsOversee creative development and ensure alignment with strategic messaging and audience needsMarketing Operations & Project Management
Own the marketing calendar and manage multiple simultaneous campaigns and projects from concept through executionCoordinate internal resources, vendors, and agency partners to ensure timely and on-budget deliveryCross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the key marketing contact for other departments including sales, product, development, and executive leadershipAlign marketing efforts with sales enablement tools, customer engagement strategies, and business development prioritiesNew Market Development
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for new community openings, ensuring alignment with launch timelines and strategic goalsCollaborate with internal teams to generate market excitement and drive pre-opening interestCreate branded campaigns that align with ESL’s mission to disrupt the experience of aging and position each community for long-term successTravel to each community quarterly or biannually to assess local marketing execution, provide on-the-ground support, and conduct staff trainingBudgeting & Performance Reporting
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROITrack, analyze, and report on campaign performance to stakeholders, identifying insights and opportunities for optimizationMarket Research & Competitive Analysis

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of proven experience in marketing management, with a strong understanding of brand standards, SEO, and digital marketing.Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with experience working in a matrixed environment.High level of proficiency in marketing technologies and tools for creating, managing, and evaluating campaigns.Accountabilities & KPIs
