What You'll Do : Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain order within the location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner in accordance with established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and surrounding areas to observe for unusual activity or potential issues. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or violations as required by site procedures. Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to promote a secure environment. Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions and information as needed while maintaining control of access to restricted areas. Minimum Requirements : Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
