  • Schedule : 8am-4 : 30pm or 9am-6 : 30pm

  • What’s a typical day as a
  • Customer Service Representative
  • You’ll be :
  • Responsible for customer service functions to include answering inbound phone calls from prospective and existing customers and / or placing outbound calls
  • Assist potential customers with enrollment inquiries
  • Understand and explain complex rules and regulations of the plan to customer(s)
  • Periodically have input into process improvement for customers, managers and
  • Provide the highest level of service to customer and clients to meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLA)
  • This job might be an outstanding fit if you have :
  • Previous Call center experience / phone customer service is a plus in a high-volume inbound call center.
  • Must have flexibility with work schedule on short notice including the ability to change schedules and work overtime.
  • Ability to type 35 WPM.
  • Must be able to maintain objectivity and professionalism with challenging calls.
  • Must enjoy interacting with customers, be patient and confident with pleasant inter-personal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, customer service orientation, proficiency with excel and word, and a professional demeanor is required.
  • A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.
