• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS required
• 10 - 15 procedures per day
• Venous access / biopsies to TIPS, trauma, DVT / PE work, no neuro IR
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
