About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Controls Engineer with a strong background in data center operations to join our team in Phoenix, AZ . In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems that ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, program, and commission Building Management Systems (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS) for data centers.
• Develop and maintain control logic, sequences of operation, and integration with HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Collaborate with design engineers, contractors, and operations teams to ensure controls meet project specifications and operational requirements.
• Perform system diagnostics, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for control system issues.
• Support commissioning and testing of new systems and retrofits.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain documentation including control drawings, network diagrams, and system configurations.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance staff.
