FINN PARTNERS currently has an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist based out of our Honolulu, Hawaii office. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts payable transactions and general office support.

Compensation : The approved salary range for this role is $45,000 $48,000 annually, dependent on experience and location.

Responsibilities :

• Ensures invoices are properly coded to the correct general ledger account code.
• Prepares weekly priority payment list.
• Assists with inquiries from external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the accounts payable process.
• Performs data entry of all Hawaii-related payables including agency expenses, media, and production invoices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Working Conditions :

General office environment. Work is generally conducted at a desk with a personalized computer provided by the company. The working environment is pleasant, with adequate lighting and temperature, and no hazardous or uncomfortable conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
