Senior Accounting Analyst – Real Estate

Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

$110K–$115K base + benefits

What you'll do :

Manage full-cycle accounting for assigned properties, from GL to financial statements

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes for real estate assets

Prepare detailed audit schedules and serve as the go-to liaison with auditors

Maintain and improve internal controls to protect asset integrity

Use Yardi daily for property-level and consolidated reporting

Collaborate with FP&A, property managers, and leadership to ensure GAAP compliance and accurate reporting

What you'll bring :

3+ years commercial real estate accounting experience (industrial & office strongly preferred)

Experience with audits—public accounting, external audit coordination, or both

Yardi experience highly preferred

CPA a plus (but not required)

Strong Excel skills + comfort with large ERP systems

Proactive problem-solver with a sharp eye for detail and process improvement
