Test Technician Level 1 - NC - On Site

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• ssemble and set up equipment to functionally test and debug printed circuit assemblies.
• Perform functional checks and assist in installing electronic assemblies and circuits, such as communications circuits for electronic systems, fixtures, and accessories.
• Record production test data and consistently maintain acceptable levels of production according to established standards.
• ssist with operational checkout, functional tests, troubleshooting, and repairs to major assembly or circuit board level of electronic systems, electro-mechanical equipment, computer-controlled systems using bills of materials, schematics, component specifications, or other means.
• Monitor control systems and assist in supporting electro-mechanical assembly. Operate meters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, RF power meters, and other test equipment as needed.
• Operate support equipment necessary for performance and functional testing.
• Perform mechanical operations necessary for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, dismantling, and disassembly directly related to the above systems.
• Refer to process documentation (test instructions, drawings, schematics, travelers, BOMs, and specifications) to perform tasks.
• Show commitment to quality and total customer satisfaction by dedicating skills to achieve zero defect status.
