EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALS
High school education required, associate degree or corresponding work experience preferred. Good knowledge of office procedures, office technology and spreadsheet presentation and writing software packages.
JOB ROLE
- Receive direction from the Administrator on overall QAPI objectives for the organization.
- Be knowledgeable in data collection, data analysis methodology and performance improvement methods needed to support and lead performance improvement projects.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through analysis of data, observation of operations and consultation with leadership and staff.
- Collaborate with the quality committee and senior leaders to prioritize and develop QAPI efforts.
- Lead performance improvement projects and provide education and coaching in order to build needed skills in others to lead PIPs.
- Participate in multidisciplinary QAPI activities.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Consistently model and demonstrate excellence in customer service, with a constant focus on person-centered care / services delivery.Keep foyer / entrance area professional, neat, clean and orderly. Regularly clean / sanitize reception area.Greet and direct all visitors courteously (scheduled and walk-in) in person or via telephone, direct calls, take messages, route to VM, etc.Directing persons related to admissions, tours, and questions about Baptist Life Communities.Be knowledgeable of all the entities and services of Baptist Life Communities in order to be able to direct customer / potential customer to the correct resource or staff person.Clerical and switchboard operations for the campus telephone system as well as other types of communication such as typing, spreadsheet preparation, message taking and communication. Provide clerical services such as completing logs, filing, selling stamps, tracking resident meals and selling meal tickets (as indicated), receive packages, order and stock office supplies, receive and send mail and direct visitors to sign in and out. Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax, telephone system, etc.Process and log maintenance requests via the TELS system.Assist with Fire Watch Protocol as indicated : i.e. walking rounds every 20 minutes rounding all floors as indicated.Respond to any area or entrance as the need arises.Assist with resident needs as indicated.
