Job descriptionProcess vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals. Reconcile AP accounts and resolve discrepancies. Manage weekly payment runs and maintain vendor records. Assist with month-end close and financial reporting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 2+ years of AP or general accounting experience. Proficiency in accounting software and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
