Position Summary

Credit One Bank is looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer, who will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives in a flexible, collaborative, and rapidly changing delivery environment. It requires highly motivated and focused Dev Leads curious to build new and innovative solutions for our clients.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Design & Development : Lead the design and development of Pega applications utilizing Pega Infinity to create scalable and efficient solutions.
• Requirements Analysis : Work closely with business analysts and solution architects to understand complex business requirements and translate them into robust functional and technical designs.
• Reusable Components : Develop and maintain reusable rules, templates, and components following best practices and Pega standards for consistency and maintainability.
• System Integration : Integrate Pega applications with external systems and platforms using various services and connectors such as SOAP, REST, MQ, etc.
• Code Quality & Reviews : Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to ensure high quality and maintainability of codebase.
• Testing & Debugging : Support testing phases including unit, system, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Debug and resolve issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Agile Methodology : Participate actively in Agile / Scrum ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth project execution.
• Mentorship : Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Platform Expertise : Stay informed about new features and enhancements in the Pega platform and recommend improvements or optimizations accordingly.
