Join our team of 400+ Physicians who enjoy a great work-life-balance with our organization having a less than 3% turnover rate.Job Description : - Only 32 patient hours required (Weekends not required)- Provide high-quality care to patients in medical settings- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation.- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.- Administer and manage immunotherapy and other relevant treatments.- Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care.- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, immunologists, and support staff.- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.- Adapt to the dynamic needs of the practice as we transition from a focus on dermatology to encompass allergy, asthma, and immunology.Benefits : - Highly competitive compensation model- Sign-on bonus (depending on location and length of contract)- 20 PTO days year 1- 5 CME days- Comprehensive health benefits package, including 401(k) and Flexible Spending Accounts- Flexible scheduling options available- Access to experienced leadership and support staff- Recognition and rewards programs- Opportunities for professional growth and development within a supportive work environment Estimated pay range / amount is $256k to $421k.
