Job descriptionHigh School Diploma or equivalent. College is a plus. Six months minimum experience in a manufacturing environment operating various machines and equipment. Ability to complete simple mathematic calculations. read, write, comprehend and follow instructions and work documents in English. Must be flexible with regards to shift changes, weekend work, and schedule rotations. Computer literacy is a plus. Ability to multi-task. Ability to perform and complete manual tasks as required.
VIP Staffing is immediately hiring a Machine Operator for a 3rd shift position, for a leading organization in Belen, NM.
This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire position.
Schedule is Monday-Friday 10 : 00pm - 6 : 30am.
Pay for this position is $18.00 per hour.
As a Machine Operator, you will :
- Operate Industrial Dryer Equipment.
- Operate front loader and forklift.
- Perform RM testing of product.
- Maintain operational data log.
- Assist in minor maintenance activities alongside with tech / production engineer.
- Meet production quantity standards.
- Check product for work order specification before and during production.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
