Corporate Controller

Overview :

We are seeking a Corporate Controller to lead all aspects of accounting operations and provide strategic financial leadership. This role offers high visibility within the organization and the opportunity to shape financial processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor accounting and finance teams

Oversee corporate consolidations across multiple entities

Manage internal reporting, reconciliations, and compliance

Drive cash forecasting and monthly close processes

Prepare and review financial statements and reports

Ensure adherence to GAAP / IFRS and advise on technical accounting matters

Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors

Implement and improve accounting systems and processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

7+ years of progressive accounting experience

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail

Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
