Key Responsibilities
Manage budget development and oversee financial operations
Handle business-as-usual (BAU) tasks related to benefits and finance
Collaborate with team members to align financial strategies with business priorities
Required Qualifications
Finance background with experience in general ledger (GL) management
Experience in budget development and management
Familiarity with benefits administration (preferred)
Knowledge of Anaplan and Kissflow is a plus
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively
