58 / Hour Part Time School SLP - Boulder

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.

Contract Details : These contracts are near Boulder, CO and will start in January and last the 25 / 26 school year. The contract pays $58 / hour (local) for 28 student contact hours per week with a full benefits package.

Before applying for the position, please ensure you are eligible to work in Colorado as a SLP and are able to acquire the CO CDE SSP License with the SLP Endorsement

Minimum Requirements :

Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required

Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state / contract.

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
