• Range includes night differential. +$2.50 / hr for weekend shifts.

Boulder Community Health is seeking a RN Clinical Team Lead (CTL) who provides direct patient care with increasing independence, integrating nursing theory into practice. As a leader and role model, the CTL supports daily unit operations, ensures patient-centered care, promotes a healthy work environment, and leads staff through change and problem-solving in alignment with the BCH mission.
