Senior Tax Accountant

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to ensure tax compliance and manage tax provisions. Key Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of US GAAP quarterly and annual tax provisions and tax footnotes Review annual income tax returns and respond to notices from tax authorities Research tax laws and support tax planning strategies for various business initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation 3-5 years of experience in corporate tax, particularly in tax accounting and compliance Strong knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 740 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tax software Experience with ERP systems for financial data extraction
