Familiarity with document management software, time-entry and Microsoft Office including Styles is required.
We are conducting a search for a Legal Administrative Assistant (Floater) for a top-rated law firm to be based in the Boston office.
This position is hybrid.
What You'll Do :
- This position will generate, prepare and organize documents and forms requisite to the practice area; assist with filings and trial preparation.
- This position will cover for other Legal Administrative Assistants that are out of the office, and may be asked to proofread and create documents, manage timekeeper's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings; and enter, edit and post time daily for partners utilizing Aderant Expert.
