Join a highly professional and friendly anesthesia team at a Level II Trauma Center in Grand Rapids. This full-time CRNA opportunity offers diverse case exposure, flexible shift structures, and a strong, mission-driven organization that values your growth and well-being.

⏰ Schedule & Call Details :

Shift Variety : Mix of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts

Weekday Call : One 7p–7a shift every 6 weeks

Weekend Call : Quarterly rotation (Friday–Sunday) with fair, randomized assignment

No weekend call surrounding your PTO weeks!

🏥 Case Mix Includes :

General & complex :

Kidney transplants

Thoracic

Ortho (incl. trauma)

Bariatrics

GYN, Podiatry, OB

Neuro

Heart & vascular

Regional blocks

NORA, MRI / CT, Endoscopy

Facility Features : 16 ORs

4 endoscopy suites

2 OB ORs

5 NORA sites

💰 Compensation & Benefits :

Hourly Rate : $112.75 / hour

Sign-On Bonus : Up to $30,000 (3-year commitment)
