Patient Care Coordinator

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support the Enteral Nutrition Center team.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers regarding nutrition therapy order status

Process prescription changes and triage calls to various departments

Verify patient demographics and insurance information for accurate shipment

Required Qualifications

Minimum one year experience in a customer service environment

Experience with data entry

Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word

High School diploma or GED
