Shift : 1st shift 7 : 00 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m.

Location : Fort Collins

Job Duties

Responsible for primary contact with the company’s consumer inquiries, which include email, phone, chat, and written correspondence

Answer phones and respond to emails

Maintains a high level of customer support by providing professional, knowledgeable, and courteous service at all times

Provide product knowledge and technical support

Achieves and maintains customer service levels and KPI goals
