Sales Account Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to lead revenue growth within the Enterprise A2P SMS and VoIP segments. This role is focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within both existing and newly acquired enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate combines consultative selling skills with a strong understanding of A2P messaging, voice services, and CPaaS platforms tailored to enterprise communication needs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities within enterprise accounts
- Own the full sales cycle : from opportunity discovery to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure
- Develop tailored commercial offers based on client needs (A2P messaging volumes, delivery quality, voice routes, API integration, etc.)
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in key verticals (Finance, Banking, High-risk, e-commerce, logistics)
- Upsell and cross-sell additional services such as direct SMS routes, premium voice coverage, delivery analytics, or CPaaS features
- Collaborate with SDR team, Routing, Product to deliver competitive, technically sound proposals
- Track and manage sales pipeline through CRM tools, maintaining accurate revenue forecasts and status updates
- Conduct virtual and on-site meetings, solution presentations, and business reviews
- Keep up with trends in messaging regulations, voice delivery, CPaaS innovations, and competitor offerings
- Represent the company at major telecom and enterprise communication events when applicable
