Field Marketing Manager
The Field Marketing Manager will support local marketing efforts for Applebee's and IHOP company-operated restaurants and NRO for Dual Branded Restaurants. This role is responsible for executing brand-aligned, community-focused marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance guest engagement at the store level. The ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven marketer with strong project management skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement local marketing strategies and plans in line with the company's overall marketing goals
- Build strong collaborative relationships with franchisees, company operators, marketing teams and other cross-functional teams
- Partner with Operations to identify sales-driving opportunities and implement targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate grand openings with promotional support and community outreach.
- Build relationships with local organizations, schools, and nonprofits to drive brand awareness and goodwill.
- Organize and support in-store events, fundraisers, and sponsorships.
- Collaborate with agency partners to manage tracking and performance of local digital media channels including local outdoor and direct mail
- Support national promotions with localized execution plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and compliance with brand standards.
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future efforts.
- Maintain a calendar of marketing activities and report on ROI.
- Target base salary $105k-$120k depending on experience
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 5-7 years' experience in field or corporate marketing within the restaurant industry (working directly with franchise groups is a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPointAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytic and research skillsStrong understanding of local marketing tactics and community engagementStrong written and oral communication skillsExcellent project management skillsAbility to travel to store locations as neededEqual Employment Opportunity Statement
