Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing the front desk operations. This role requires a balance of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle a variety of administrative tasks with precision and care
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate party, and take messages when necessary.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide information about the organization and its services to visitors and callers.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
