Job descriptionAnswering phones and interacting courteously with customers Scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries Assisting with data entry into our CRM system Managing billing and inventory of stocked parts Ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers Providing outstanding customer service at all times Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required Previous office or administrative experience preferred
