Descripción del trabajoAnswering phones and interacting courteously with customers Scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries Assisting with data entry into our CRM system Managing billing and inventory of stocked parts Ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers Providing outstanding customer service at all times Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required Previous office or administrative experience preferred

At Andy & Dave's Garage, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and creating a friendly, family-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant with the potential to transition to a full-time role after a 90-day probationary period.
