Job description

A company is looking for a Project Lead, Client Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end onboarding of multiple healthcare clients into coding and billing services

Lead cross-functional teams through onboarding projects and coordinate with internal teams for accurate setup

Maintain communication with clients, address concerns, and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Five years of related project management experience

Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management specific to coding and billing

Experience managing multiple projects

Strong strategic thinking and complex project implementation skills
