Job Description
The Client Advisory Coordinator helps families and individuals navigate available protection options. You will manage inbound interest, conduct virtual consultations, gather information, recommend solutions, and maintain communication through each stage. This role calls for a highly organized individual capable of balancing multiple conversations, taking detailed notes, and keeping clients informed. You’ll also be responsible for proactive follow-ups and ensuring clarity in all client interactions.
