What We're Looking For :

• Compassionate, patient-focused individual committed to evidence-based care
• Experience in planning and implementing physical therapy treatment plans
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Louisiana Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary healthcare environment

What You Will Do :

Plan and implement physical therapy treatment programs for assigned patients in accordance with medical diagnosis and rehabilitation goals, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team.
