What We're Looking For :
- Compassionate, patient-focused individual committed to evidence-based care
- Experience in planning and implementing physical therapy treatment plans
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Louisiana Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary healthcare environment

What You Will Do :
Plan and implement physical therapy treatment programs for assigned patients in accordance with medical diagnosis and rehabilitation goals, collaborating closely with the interdisciplinary team.
Complete patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and interdisciplinary team goalsProvide therapy services including mobility training, strength and endurance exercises, coordination, self-care training, sensory stimulation, and gait trainingEducate patients and families on home exercise programs and techniques to support recoveryDocument all care provided including assessments, treatments, progress, and billing procedures per department standardsCollaborate with team members during interdisciplinary conferences to align care plans and discharge strategiesCoordinate and recommend discharge needs, including conducting home evaluations and arranging for necessary equipmentTrain staff on patient-specific equipment and care proceduresParticipate in continuing education, departmental meetings, and performance improvement initiativesProvide mentorship, training, and supervision to assistants, techs, students, and volunteersFulfill other duties and projects as assignedWhat Sets BRG Apart :
