Founded in 2019, Lytegen is a leader in the renewable energy space, rapidly growing and making a lasting impact on the industry.

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our expanding team! In this role, you will meet with homeowners at pre-scheduled appointments to educate them on the advantages of transitioning to clean, renewable energy. The ideal candidate will have a willingness to learn, a drive to excel, and a strong desire to be part of a fast-growing industry. This role requires flexibility, including availability on nights and weekends, to accommodate homeowners' schedules.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct pre-arranged consultations with homeowners, providing insights into the benefits of energy solutions.
  • Address any questions or concerns homeowners may have about energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Guide homeowners through the decision-making process, establishing trust and helping them transition to clean energy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers through networking and referrals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay informed about industry advancements and best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and foster trust with potential clients.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take guidance.
  • Goal-oriented with a commitment to success.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in customer engagement or consulting is preferred but not required.
