Based in the Visalia area, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager for our Energy Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing a diverse range of energy projects, from renewable energy installations to oil and gas infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the energy industry, driving innovation and sustainable practices.

The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success of each project, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties / vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate project issues to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Oversee the construction phase of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and budget constraints..
