Due to expansion and continued growth, we are looking to hire a Partner Delivery Operations Analyst, that will sit within our Customer Care Centre of Excellence groupIn FY24, our Approved Delivery Partner network is anticipated to double in size. To support this growth, this role is key to drive operational efficiency, build a predictable experience for partners and ensure we have visibility of data and insights around partner competencies, performance and skills tracking Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with the onboarding of new Ping services partners
• Assist with building and updating processes for onboarding Ping service partners
• Work with Ping services partners to define and manage goals
• Measure partner performance and skills tracking
• Assist with development and ongoing measurement of partners for a scorecard to measure success
• Track and measure partner engagements delivered to Ping customers
• Assist with developing processes to streamline the onboarding and ongoing governance of Ping services partners
• Assist with the ongoing development of services partners by measuring performance and skills / capabilities
• Assist with capacity planning to balance partner ecosystem skills by solution capability
• Work with the Ping Training team to enable and build Ping service partner capabilities across a variety of products and solutions
• Work closely with Customer Success, Legal, and other teams at Ping to support all partner programs
• Work with the Ping training teams to enable and improve the ability of Ping service partners to deliver quality services work
• Assist with development of ongoing education and technical enablement for service partners

Essential Qualifications

Ability to build strong third-party (partner) relationships, manage partner expectations and implement / deliver exceptional partner engagement programs

World-class, interpersonal verbal & written communication skills

Strong organization skills

Experience with data and reporting

High standard for solution and process quality

Ability to build strong relationships

Ability to self-manage and independently deliver results

Experience with the following is a plus :

Previous professional services, partner management, or channel sales experience (ideally in the Identity and Access Management industry)

Salesforce reporting

Federated Identity and Single Sign-On

Software security

SaaS Application Integration
