Client Job Description: Role: Systems Analyst 1) Strong healthcare experience in both payor and provider experience. 2) Strong experience in Data warehouse architecture 3) Strong experience in working with the Healthcare data model and mapping exercises from source to data warehouse (good understanding of Clinical data model and EMR system is an advantage) 4) Good to have someone with EPIC data experience. (Caboodle, Clarity) 5) Well verse with the documentation activities to assist developers with requirements (Mapping documents, business translation of and transformation etc.) 6) Good Communication Skills and comfortable with interacting with different systems/ business users to carve out the requirements for the team
Job Description: Expectations from this role:
Systematically develops and promotes technology solutions ensuring the developed solution meets both functional and non - functional requirements.

1. Develop and promote technical solutions which support the business requirements within area of expertise.
2. Ensures IT requirements are met, and service quality maintained when introducing new services. Considers the cost effectiveness of proposed solution(s).
