Community Manager - Draper, UT Area DIME is looking for an innovative, creative, and community-obsessed Community Manager to lead our social presence and deepen the emotional connection with our growing audience.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is excited to both dream up big ideas and bring them to life across social platforms.
You’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing our online community, growing our brand visibility, and strengthening customer loyalty through thoughtful content, real-time engagement, and strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Strategy & Content Execution Lead and evolve DIME’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and emerging platforms.
- Plan and execute daily posts that align with our brand voice and values, using a mix of original, curated, and user-generated content.
- Collaborate with the Brand Marketing Coordinator on content ideation, execution, and calendar management.
- Stay ahead of trends and continuously pitch fresh, creative ways to bring our products and purpose to life on social.
- Community Engagement & Growth Cultivate a loyal, highly engaged community by sparking conversations and responding authentically to comments, DMs, and brand mentions.
- Oversee the DIME Community Facebook Group, ensuring it’s a vibrant space that aligns with brand values and provides insightful feedback loops.
- Develop and manage community-driven initiatives such as giveaways, product feedback forums, and loyalty spotlights.
- Brand Storytelling & Cross-Team Collaboration Collaborate with Creative, Performance Marketing, Influencer, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Contribute ideas to influencer and ambassador campaigns to help extend community reach and amplify UGC.
- Align content themes with overall marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
- Analytics & Optimization Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement metrics regularly, offering insights and optimization strategies.
- Identify trends, feedback, and sentiment that can guide product development, content refinement, and brand direction.
- Suggest and test new features or tools to grow our audience and deepen engagement.
