CPI AdamWorks in Centennial, Colorado, has a need for an entry-level manufacturing technician in our Paint and Assembly Departments. We design and build composite structures for aircraft, defense, and space and would love you to join our team!

Who We Are:CPI AdamWorks is a division of CPI Radant Technologies Division. They are located in Centennial, Colorado. Together, we are the radome-and-composite‐structures division of Communications & Power Industries LLC (CPI). We are formally known asCPI Radant Technologies Division, and we serve the aerospace, defense, naval, and commercial industries by designing, manufacturing, testing and supporting advanced composite radomes, reflectors and structural composite products.

What We Do:Radomes are special “domes” made of composite materials that protect antennas and radar systems from the environment while allowing electromagnetic signals to pass. CPI Radant produces these for critical applications, meaning:

• They enable secure communications and radar/electronic-warfare capabilities for military and commercial aerospace platforms.
• Their manufacturing includes large apertures and high‐frequency performance.
• Their advances in composite manufacturing and large structures feed into modern aircraft, satellites, naval vessels, etc.

Duties:

• Mold and material preparation for layups of composite structures
• Composite paint, layup and tooling, using carbon fiber and other composite materials
• Basic mechanical assembly, use of hand tools and hand measuring equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Composite experience preferred. Will provide training.
• Must be US Citizen(ITAR and DoD program requirements).
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English
• Good written documentation and oral communication skills
• Ability to follow written instructions and associated manufacturing plans or sketches
• Must be able to read from written instructions and follow verbal directions
• Pushing/pulling/lifting up to pounds
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Work schedule is four hour days, Mondays through Thursdays, st shift :am-:pm
• Hourly rate: $ - $ per hour

This position requires potential access to technology controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). aThe successful candidate must be a " Person as defined under ITAR and EAR.
