Join a dynamic company specializing in electronic assembly and soldering as a Solder Assembler in Fountain Valley, California, and take your career to the next level. As a Solder Assembler, you'll play a vital role in supporting the production of high-quality electrical components. You'll work closely with the assembly team to ensure precise soldering and adherence to blueprints and technical specifications, helping to deliver exceptional products to our clients.
What You'll Do
As a Solder Assembler, you will be responsible for:
• Interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements.
• Soldering electronic components onto circuit boards in accordance with industry standards.
• Inspecting solder joints to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
• Assembling various electrical components and subassemblies accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborating with quality control to identify and troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Documenting work processes and completing necessary reports to ensure traceability.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
• Prior experience in electrical assembly and soldering, especially with blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Basic understanding of electronic components and soldering techniques.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications in soldering or electronics are a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably.
