Our client seeks an AI Software Engineer to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions that enhance engineering productivity and operational effectiveness. The role will build agentic workflows, integrate LLMs, and implement orchestration for multi-agent systems within an agile squad. The engineer will contribute to secure, scalable applications and uphold enterprise governance standards while collaborating across teams.
Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $90.00 to $100.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
Develop and integrate AI models into production-grade applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automation.
Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives.
Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production.
Stay current with advancements in AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
Experience Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience with Java 17 or higher.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or Ruby.
2 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or software engineering roles.
Strong software development skills with proficiency in Python or similar languages.
Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
AWS experience (preferred).
