Will be responsible for working with other programming analysts to lead the direction of our Enterprise technical architecture. Strong technical worker to help set the direction of our technology platform in an industry-leading organization experiencing rapid growth. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting the Development Manager with all aspects of software design, data management, and programming.
• Attending and contributing to development conference calls with staff.
• Learning the codebase and improving your skillset.
• Writing and maintaining code, and data structures.
• Working on bug fixes.
• Monitoring the technical performance of internal systems.
• Responding to requests and issues with internal software from our staff.
• Data investigation and ad hoc reports.
• Responsible for software testing.
• Assisting staff with basic IT issues.
