The Program Coordinator coordinates day-to-day program activities, schedules, instructors, coaches, volunteers, contractors, and community partners to ensure programs are well organized, accessible, safe, engaging, and responsive to community needs. The Program Coordinator supports the development and expansion of programs designed to promote youth development, physical activity, leadership, recreation, skill development, and positive community engagement.
The position works collaboratively with schools, community organizations, coaches, instructors, sports organizations, and other partners to increase participation and maximize the use of community center space.
Evening and weekend work will be required based on program schedules, tournaments, camps, clinics, athletic events, and community activities.

CA Driver's License
Proof of automobile insurance
Current and Clear DMV record
Physical & Mental Demands:
The position may require frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, carrying, and moving program equipment and supplies. The employee may be required to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions, particularly when supporting Sports Park, recreation, athletic, or community events.
