Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to resident needs and preferences.

Support the overall mission of creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where all residents feel valued and engaged.

Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.

Proficiency with Internet resources and demonstrated ability to use current technology effectively.

Previous experience as a Programming Coordinator, Activities Coordinator, or in a similar role working with older adults (preferred, but not required).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build meaningful relationships with residents and team members.

Excellent organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple programs and timelines simultaneously.

Demonstrated compassion, patience, and empathy when working with individuals experiencing cognitive decline or memory loss.

Physical capability to assist residents with mobility and participate actively in program activities.

Flexibility with scheduling, including availability to work Friday through Monday as required.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and open-minded approach to creating enriching lifestyle experiences.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and support colleagues.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate program records and documentation.

Passion for enhancing the lives of older adults and commitment to person-centered care principles.
