This is a culture that is not ego driven, where people support each other, celebrate each other's wins, and get as close to a second family as a workplace can without overstepping boundaries.

Why Join Us?

Career Growth, Backed by Leadership — The company encourages and supports technicians pursuing their next level of certification, and you will work alongside leaders who are invested in helping you progress through the certification levels.

A Team That Celebrates Together — Enjoy a company holiday party each year, a catered company outing to a local ball game with free tickets for everyone, and technician get-togethers outside of work hours.

Recognition That Is Real — Ownership marks milestones like five-year anniversaries by taking much of the company out to a steak dinner, and surprise scratch-off rewards can turn up anything from paid days off to $50 gift cards or lunch with a company leader.

Take-Home Company Truck — A company truck is provided for your work, and after an introductory 90 days it goes home with you within Amarillo city limits.

Pay That Rewards Your Credentials — Earn additional pay for certifications such as a fire alarm license or NICET.

Room to Own Your Work — This is a senior field role on a hands-on install team of about 10, where you are trusted to run your jobs independently and bring your own expertise to the work.

Job Overview As a Security and Fire Alarm Technician, you will be a senior member of the install team, working directly beneath field leadership.

You will head out to job sites, run the work on your own, and bring systems to a fully functioning state, with leadership checking in on completed work rather than looking over your shoulder.

The ideal candidate is someone with strong, in-depth knowledge of security alarm and access control systems who is confident in their abilities and still hungry to learn more.

They come in ready to absorb how the team does things, take advantage of every growth opportunity, and rise together with the people around them.

Team fit matters here as much as technical skill.

This company is looking for a motivated person who sees this as their career and wants to build it in a supportive, no-ego environment.
