Job Title

Ruby on Rails Consultant (W2 Only)

Duration

6+ Months

Must Haves

  • 4‑yr Technical Degree (CS or equivalent)
  • 8+ yrs of SW development
  • 5+ yrs of Ruby on Rails
  • 3+ yrs designing and implementing complex business logic, state machines, or rule engines (AASM, Workflow, or custom rule engines).
  • 3+ yrs of RSpec, MiniTest, and comprehensive integration testing suites.
  • 3+ yrs using AI‑augmented development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies
